• No smoking allowed in room or outside on premises. Guests who smoke or use vapor type devices in rooms or outside on premises may be evicted without refund and charged an additional $200 fee for cleaning and restoration.
• Dog friendly for 1 dog with paid pet rent of $25 per night reserved. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction without refund and additional charges to guest. Policy is strictly enforced.
