Speaking of cocktail hour, this home comes equipped with a margarita machine! The provided pack n play, high chair, and booster seat are great for your little ones. Enjoy the master suite with an en suite bath and two additional bedrooms that share a bath, all in relaxing seaside shades sure to calm you! Head out to the back screened porch patio to take in the serenity, enjoy a hammock swing or a casual seat in the yard chairs provided, have a snack and drink at the picnic table, or enjoy the fire pit provided. When coming back from the beach, simply walk around back to use the enclosed outside shower with hot water, then head inside through the screened porch patio to the convenient mud room with laundry. All of this comfort and the beach is barely 1.5 miles away! Not to mention that 2 bikes are provided for your use!

No smoking allowed at any time on premises. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Grilling allowed - gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No tenant pets permitted at any time. .Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

For 2022 remaining dates, 3+ night stays may be booked in advance with any arrival/departure day.
During 2023, only weekly stays may be booked in advance.
