Inside, the great room with high ceilings, chef's kitchen including large stainless double oven gas range, wet bar with beverage refrigerators, pool table, and foosball table! 7 welcoming bedrooms each decorated in a relaxing aesthetic rounds out some but not all of the perfect places to enjoy time indoors! Outside, extensive oceanfront covered porch and open deck with furniture overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and wraps around the sides of the home, offering exterior living space for your family or event! A top level oceanfront balcony and top level south facing balcony with ocean to sound views simply add to the appeal! Enjoy the deckside private hot tub while taking in the beachside sunrise to sunset splendor! The private beach access boardwalk takes you right out to the beach so you can enjoy a meandering stroll, fun in the sun, and a splash in the waves! Just off-site down the street, partake of the community pool too!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! Sleeper sofa is not pre-made. The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom or sleeping space included in maximum occupancy

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wet bar with 2 beverage refrigerators, oversized chef's stainless gas range with double oven.

A grand oceanfront covered and open deck that wraps around the home with furniture. Top level oceanfront balcony as well as top level south facing balcony with ocean to sound views!

Private hot tub on lower oceanside porch. Hot tub fee of $150 plus tax is required for hot tub use for stays after Labor Day in September until before Memorial Day in May - request hot tub use at time of booking.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Private beach access walkway from the oceanside to the beach also provides built-in seating area on the dunes!

Community pool privileges for house occupants only (pool typically open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day).

Carport and driveway parking for up to 6 cars - no parking allowed off driveway. This policy is strictly enforced.

This home does permit Special Events such as weddings and family reunions. Payment of the Special Event Fee of $1500 and additional Event Addendum signature is required. Inquire for details.

Grilling allowed - charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking or vaping allowed in house at any time. Smoking or vaping outside on the premises is permitted with responsible waste disposal. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs each, non-aggressive breeds only - pet rent of $28.58 per dog per night reserved is required. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November - March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April - October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Only full weekly stays Saturday-Saturday are permitted.
