The modern kitchen with a light style and solid surface counters only adds to the appeal. 6 soothing bedrooms including 4 King rooms and 2 twin over full bunk rooms offer restful respites for all with accommodations for up to 14. Head out to the two level streetside covered deck with seating to enjoy those gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views or head down from either level to the beach just across the street! Head out to the back deck with an open top deck and covered lower deck to enjoy the serene views of the sound and marsh estuaries. Don't forget the hours of fun in the game room with a foosball table, second fridge, and ping-pong table. The best part of all? Splash into the wonderful private heated pool complete with gated surrounding and concrete patio with lounge space!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Central heat and air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, beverage refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker.
8 Smart TV’s with access to streaming apps.
Books, card games, and board games for family fun!
A game room with foosball, second fridge and pin-pong.

Streetside upper and lower covered and gated decks with ocean to sound views provide furniture for a sunny or shaded view!

Private heated pool with fenced in patio and lounge area. Pool heat may be requested and arranged in advance of stay after Labor Day to before Memorial Day stays at a fee of $200 + tax. Inquire for details.
Carport and driveway parking for up to 6 cars only. No parking off driveway or on street.
Public beach access walkover is nearby across the street!
Grilling allowed, no grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No Smoking Allowed in House or Outside on premises at any time. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs - $28.58 pet rent per dog per night reserved. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During October through April excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During May through September and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.
