The coastal theme throughout invites you to your beachside locale, the elevator from ground floor to loft floor makes getting groceries and belongings up and down a breeze, the modern great room with Atlantic Ocean to Intracoastal Waterway marsh views is sure to delight, not to mention the 3 levels of deck and balcony areas to take in the Ocean View location, and easy access within walking distance and even shorter driving distance to 2 nearby public beach accesses!
4 Bedrooms + Loft, 3 Baths.
Maximum Occupancy: 12.
Bed Sizes: King, Queen, Queen, 1 Set of Bunks, Double Futon in Loft, newly added Queen Sleeper Sofa in living area.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Elevator - goes from ground floor to loft level.
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Beverage refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker.
5 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps - including 1 TV with cable/satellite channel access.
Fireplace not available.
3 ocean view deck and balcony spaces with furniture.
Enclosed outside shower with hot water.
Carport and driveway parking for up to 3 cars.
Close to 2 public beach accesses - Dolphin St. offers walkover access to the beach and parking, Stevens St. offers walkover access.
Grilling allowed - charcoal grill provided.
No smoking allowed at all.
No pets allowed at all.
Partial Week Getaways:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.
Ask about an Active-Duty Military Discount for active-duty military or immediate family of active-duty military! (Discount not combined with any other offer or discount. Only one discount per reservation.)
Home may also be available for monthly rental October - April. Inquire for details.
