Watch the dolphins swim by the Sanderling Cottage from our oceanfront covered porch. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and be amazed by sunsets that will linger in your memory long after your stay is done! Take in the beauty of the vast unobstructed night time views of the stars, as the kids hunt for ghost crabs on the beach each night! Sea turtles commonly nest on Topsail Island - you may even get lucky enough to find a nest during an early morning walk on the beach, or witness a hatching one night!


We are a short one mile walk from Topsail Beach Town Center where you will find the Jolly Roger Pier, Topsail Beach Park with basketball court, pickle ball courts, and playground, Topsail Beach Roller Skating Rink, Patio Playground with Mini Golf and Arcade Games and great dining options!


We are located on a wide stretch of beach where you will have plenty of sand left at high tide, the south end is known for its wide beaches, with plenty of room for bocce ball, corn hole games and kite flying!


Our 3 bedroom beach cottage is ideal for families, couples and friends. Our covered oceanfront deck is enclosed with child friendly gates for their safety. Each bedroom and the main living room boasts its own Smart TV for guests to stream their own content - 2 ROKU enabled TVs, 1 Amazon Fire TV, and 1 Smart Android TV. You'll have no problem streaming your favorite movies and shows with our free high speed internet access! There is one blue ray DVD player and one DVD player in the cottage. Listen to your favorite music on our wireless bluetooth speaker! Allergy friendly with no pets allowed and solid surface flooring throughout.


The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel pots and pans and nonstick cookware. We offer a Keurig Coffeemaker, along with a programmable traditional style coffee pot to get mornings started off on the right foot! Make smoothies with our blender and fresh waffles in the waffle maker! There's even a griddle pan for big stacks of morning pancakes! Cook dinners out on our charcoal grill. There's even a huge stockpot for boiling up crabs or hosting your own low country boil!

Bed sizes: King, Queen + Twin, Double + 1 Set of Bunks, Queen Sleeper Sofa in living area.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom.

Living areas on 1 level.

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer in ground level room off carport.

Extra large master bedroom w/window seat overlooking ocean.

Grilling allowed - Charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No Pets Allowed At All. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November through April excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During May through October and holiday weeks: Partial Week Getaways are not permitted. Only Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals are permitted during this time..
