This traditionally styled beach bungalow known as Kirk’s Mema’s Beach has an open style living space with seating for everyone as well as a family dining area, not to mention the newly styled wood flooring throughout the home including living, dining, kitchen, and bedrooms! View the Atlantic Ocean from inside the dining and living areas, or step out to the ocean side covered and open deck to rock away your cares. Bring your family and your canine buddy to frolic on the beach, or use the complimentary wireless internet to keep in touch with those not fortunate enough to be at Topsail Beach. As if the beach doesn’t provide enough entertainment, everybody can watch their favorite programs on any of the 5 Smart TVs with cable and access to streaming apps in the living area and each bedroom. Excellent Topsail Sound and Intracoastal Waterway views only add to this home's inviting location. If fishing is on your agenda, the provided fish cleaning area on the ground level with water and lighting makes preparing your catch for dinner a breeze!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Living areas on 1 level.

This home does not provide Smart Home Keyless Entry. Key pick up and return from our office is required.

Grilling allowed. No grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Saturday - Saturday only.
