The interior invites you to unwind in the open style living, dining, and kitchen or relax in either of the two bedrooms provided for your comfort and repose! In a fantastic location just a few blocks south of downtown Topsail Beach, this home is equidistant to the Atlantic Ocean and Topsail Sound with only about a block walk to the ocean or sound! Sidewalks out front allow guests to walk or bike while taking in the surrounding views!

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer - shared with south side of duplex located in north side ground level utility room.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water private to this side!
Parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway only.
Public beach access at the beginning of Drum Ave. just a block away!Only a few blocks and a very short driving distance from Topsail Beach's public sound side access #1 at the southern tip of Topsail Beach which provides parking, bathrooms, and a great sandy beach area!
Grilling allowed. Gas grill (gas provided).
No smoking allowed in house.
No Tenant Pets Allowed - Strictly Enforced
Partial Week Getaways and Alternate Arrival/Departure Day Stays:
• During Mid-August through Mid-June: Partial Week Getaways with a 2 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During Mid-June through Mid-August: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival.
