General Policies

• Check-in time: 3 PM / Check-out time: 11 AM
• 2 night minimum stay required (with exceptions for holidays and mid-week)
• A valid credit card is required for all stays. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
• All rooms and rates are double occupancy. All rooms include a full continental breakfast each morning. Up to two children under the age of 16 may stay free in the parents’ room (max. occupancy allowing).
• No smoking allowed in rooms or balconies. Guests who smoke or use vapor type devices in rooms will be charged an additional $200 fee for cleaning and restoration.
• No guest pets allowed. Any concealed pets will result in immediate eviction without refund and at the hotel’s discretion additional costs for cleaning.
• All rooms in The Tranquil House Inn include en-suite bathroom shower/tub combination, high speed Wi-Fi, cable television, work desk, telephone, Keurig, mini-fridge, hanging clothes closet, exterior corridor entrance and individual controlled air conditioning.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations prior to 7 days of arrival date will receive a refund of their deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date will be responsible for the entire reservation total. For Third-Party Reservation Cancellation Policies, refer directly to the Third-Party Site.
• Prepay & Save Rate Cancellation Policy
  Prepay & Save exclusive offers are non-refundable rates that require full prepayment at the time of booking and are non refundable under any and all cancellation circumstances.
• Reservations booked through Third Parties will be held accountable to Third Party Cancellation Policies. Refer to original third-party reservation for more details.

Deposit Policy

• At time of booking, a deposit of 50% of the reservation total is required to confirm reservation. The remaining reservation balance is collected 7 days prior to arrival. If booking is within 7 days of arrival, a 100% deposit is required. All reservations must be paid in full prior to check in. All guests must provide a valid and current credit card to remain on file.
• Guests understand that they shall not be entitled to any refund or rebate due to acts of nature, unfavorable weather, disruption of internet or utility services, malfunctioning or missing equipment/appliances/furnishings, surrounding construction and associated noise, beach nourishment construction, or any other situation occurring not under our control. Guest agrees to vacate upon a mandatory evacuation order or if in hotel management’s sole discretion deems it in the best interest of the guest to vacate.
• Prepay & Save Rate requires a 100%, non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
