All rooms and rates are double occupancy. All rooms include a wine reception each evening and a full continental breakfast each morning. Up to two children under the age of 16 may stay free in parents room (max. occupancy allowing). $10 for each additional child. $10 each additional adult above double occupancy in any room. $10 a day for for a cot or crib. Holidays rates add $20 a day to rack rates. Holiday minimum night stays will apply.

DEPOSIT POLICY: A one night deposit of room rate plus 12.75% tax will be taken on your credit card when your reservation is made. You can cancel your resevation up until 14 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund. If you have to cancel your reservation within the 14 day period prior to your arrival date you will receive a Tranquil House Inn gift certificate egual to the amount of your deposit total.
